"The site itself was easy..."
The site itself was easy to get through, but the pricing gave off a slightly unclear vibe. I had to click around more than I expected, and even then I wasn’t totally confident about what the final cost would be. It didn’t feel shady or anything, just a little frustrating and not as straightforward as I’d like

"I ended up going with RAD Global..."
I ended up going with RAD Global because I kept hearing good things about them everywhere. It didn’t give me any weird or shady vibes at all, which is half the battle these days. Everything was clear enough to follow, and support got back to me surprisingly fast, almost like they were waiting by the keyboard. So far, I’m happy with it and don’t really have anything to complain about.

"Item showed up damaged from poor packaging"
The packaging was flimsy and barely taped up, so I’m not exactly shocked the box arrived crushed. The item inside had marks on it too, which makes it seem like not much care was taken when it was packed. Disappointing overall, I expected better.

"Clear and Easy Communication"
From the very beginning, the communication was really clear. I always knew what was going on and never felt like I had to chase anyone just to get simple answers. They kept everything straightforward and replied in a normal, easy-to-understand way, without making things feel confusing or overly formal. It made the whole process so much easier for me, and by the end I felt really relieved and grateful

It arrived in one piece, so that part was fine. It’s not even about that, really, the tracking just went quiet for several days, which made the whole thing a bit stressful. I was relieved when it finally showed up.

"Pretty good, but also kind of frustrating"
I actually liked how the options felt tailored to me and not just picked at random, which was nice. At the same time, the site confused me more than I expected in a few spots, even though it was mostly easy enough to use. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I hoped, so that was a little annoying. Overall, I’d say it was okay, not amazing, but not bad either

I was expecting the refund process to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. I got my money back without much hassle, which was a relief because... yeah, I just didn’t want to deal with back-and-forth.

I went on rad-global.com thinking I’d be able to browse around a bit and compare a few things, but there just wasn’t much there. Some sections looked like they had barely been filled out, and the items I had in mind didn’t really show up.
If you already know exactly what you need, maybe it’s fine. But if you’re hoping to look around and actually have options, it probably won’t take long before you start checking other sites...

"Could’ve Been More Helpful"
To be fair, they did get back to me in the end, but the wait for replies was longer than I expected. When I finally got help, it felt a little rushed and the answer wasn’t as clear as it could’ve been. I don’t think it was terrible, but I also don’t feel like the service really matched what a customer should reasonably expect

"Arrived Eventually, But the Timing Was Off"
I ordered from rad-global.com and the package did show up, just later than they originally made it sound like it would. Support did respond when I reached out, so I’ll give them that, but it kind of felt like the delivery estimate might have been a bit more optimistic than realistic. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish the timing had been handled better.

"Helpful in the End, But the Wait Was Annoying"
I had to reach out to support about an issue with my account, and they did eventually get back to me. The reply was useful and solved the problem, so I’ll give them credit for that. But waiting longer than I expected was frustrating. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but the response time definitely could be better.
